Interviews with Marina Otero Verzier, curator and professor at Design Academy Eindhoven, and Jonathan Uliel Saldanha, participating artist of "Compulsive Desires". An exhibit which takes as its starting point the ongoing plans for lithium extraction in the North of Portugal, seeking to shine a light on and voice the ongoing struggles sustained by local communities, while exploring the entanglement between extractivism and exhaustion, productivity and burn-out with lithium as the element at its center.
